28 days! Are you kidding me?

Seriously? We only have 28 days to train? Take away all the Sundays and that only leaves 24. Take away the week before in which we will taper off in preparation and now we are down to 17. Lose a few traveling during spring break-down to 14. Minus a few days for bad weather/too sore or tired/injury recuperation/sick kids/chaotic schedules, etc. ---9 days. And just think--if you only run five days a week instead of six there goes another few. Well my friends! Being as i only have 6 days to train, i guess i better stop blogging and start running!! :)

  2. THis is so funny and true. I have days where i just hate running. I will load up the triplets, drive to the gym, get on the treadmill and run 2 miles decides I hate it and go home. So pathetic but true.
